The spa experience could have been better. I encountered some inconsistent heating in the shower, which made for an uncomfortable time. The breakfast was lackluster, lacking flavor in the dishes served. I expected more given the hotel's high standards. A few more dining options would enhance the experience as well. Overall, the hotel has a charming vibe, but some tweaks in service and amenities would elevate it further.

The pool was nice to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. The private guest areas provided a sense of peace in a busy city.
